Favorites and your layout are saved to your account, so they follow you to any device you sign in on. Cards and Logo, at the left of the toolbar, show the same sources two ways: Cards for browsing, and Logo for just the logos — click one to open that source's events page, or hover over it for its name; the layout you pick is remembered on your account. A few sources keep no events page and post only on social media: their card's title opens the main social page, an Events posted on line links each channel, and the card says Updates on social media instead of a count. The a cappella groups all have websites, but post their accurate updates on Instagram, so their cards open Instagram. Cards show each organisation's full logo (the few sources that have only a small mark show that instead), and clicking it opens the events page, like the title; the small magnifier beneath the star shows the logo larger. Every card has a Locations line: open it to see up to three rooms the source's upcoming events keep returning to, one to a row, each with the number of events it holds — a room with a card in the Locations tab is underlined, and clicking it opens that card. A room has to hold at least two events, and a building given without a room does not count; where no room qualifies, or the source does not name rooms, the line says N/A. Sources are grouped into sections: Favorites first, then each category with Sports last, each in alphabetical order (in Sports, women's teams and then men's teams, each by sport; Sports shows three cards, All Sports, Women's Sports and Men's Sports, with each team listed inside) — except that the central events calendar and University Ticketing, whenever they are in Favorites, come first, in that order. A new account starts with just those two as favorites; unstar either one like any other. Click a star to add or remove a favorite — favorites keep the orange edge and move into the Favorites section, with the new grouping applied the next time the list is drawn (reload, or change a filter). Categories opens a list: click a category's name to see just that category, or tick the boxes beside several to see them together; click All to go back to everything. Picking Favorites alongside other categories keeps favorites first. The search box filters as you type and matches titles only — a source's name with the abbreviation shown beside it, and a subgroup's name through the family row that carries it, so "CITP" finds the Center for Information Technology Policy and "Tanner Lectures on Human Values" finds the University Center for Human Values. Nothing else is searched: a word that appears only in a subject or a note will not pull a row in. The count beside the box says how many sources match, and Escape empties it. Each section heading carries a box of its own on the right, which narrows that section and hides the others; a section searched down to nothing keeps its heading so the box is still there to clear. Locations works the same way, over room and building names, with a box in the toolbar and one in every section heading; star any room or building there to add it to the Favorites section at the top of Locations. The Videos tab has stars too: a starred video moves up into Favorites at the top of that tab, and a new account starts with Princeton University Media Central and the University's YouTube channel there. The Updates tab lists every source added since the original catalog, newest day first; click a name there to jump to its card here. Each family's subgroups are listed under its parent — Reel Rebels and Global Cinema under the Garden Theatre, say. Subgroups keep their own stars: star one and the whole family moves into Favorites, with the parent showing a hollow orange star to say it is there on a subgroup's account rather than its own. Starring a parent never stars its subgroups. A subgroup filed under a different category than its parent still appears on its own when you pick that category. Events is the upcoming count seen on the date in Last checked, with "~" an estimate and "+" a floor where the source hides its total.
